Hello and welcome to an exciting year for Driswood Elementary. I look forward to working with each of you this year. I have a Bachelors in Elementary Education, K-6 from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Masters in Elementary Education, K-6 from West Virginia University and my Administration/Supervision, PreK-12 from West Virginia University.

I began my teaching career, teaching 4th grade with the Berkeley County School System in 2006. From there, I taught 5th grade for several years in Frederick County, VA. After completing my administrative certificate, life took me to the Washington County School System in Hagerstown, MD where I served as a Lead Teacher/Curriculum Content Lead.

I am excited to serve as Driswood's first Assistant Principal. In the words of Dr. Lonise Bias, "All young people are Reachable, Teachable, Loveable, and Saveable." It is my passion and my deep desire to best work to meet the needs of all learners and to empower each of of them that they can learn, achieve, and be an active member of the 21st century.

I look forward to working closely with the Driswood staff and community. Please feel free to call to share any questions or highlights at 304-885-5020.
